    Olá, Recebi um moto G4 que não reconhece chip em nenhum dos 2 slots. Cliente tentou resolver aplicando um "Restart Boorloader", como não funcionou fez hard reset e não lembra da conta Google vinculada ao aparelho pois comprou o celular usado. Se atualizar a ROM resolve essa questão de não reconhecer o chip? Gostaria de orientação pra resolver esse problema. obrigado.
