    Pessoal, pelo que li na Internet esse bloqueio a Samsung faz quando se trata de aparelho de lote desviado da fábrica, ou seja, com origem suspeita. Achei no ReclameAqui um cara que comprou um S9 novo via MercadoLivre de vendedor com bastante vendas no histórico, deu esse erro no cel dele e ao entrar em contato com o Suporte da Samsung informaram isso pra ele.
