    demorei, mas consegui fazer, com o celular ligado, conecte o fone de ouvido, aperte o botão de desligar o celular até que apareça as opções e aperte em reiniciar, aperte no fone de ouvido o botão de chamada e no aparelho aperte volume + entre nas opção clear flash e selecione com o botão volume +, pronto....
