    Procedimento que eu realizei:
    1° Apliquei a flash que nosso amigo Cristiano me passou
    2º depois fiz Root e passei o arquivo MODEM 
    3º Passei o EFS + NVDATA (nessa ordem)
    4º Reparei o imei ORIGINAL
    5º Reparei o DRK
    Aparelho voltou com imei e S/N (RESOLVIDO)
     
    Mas ainda ficou apresentando a mensagem SEM CHIP / SOMENTE EMERGÊNCIA
    o mais curioso é que o aparelho ler os chip, pois com ele ligado eu insiro os chips, ele detecta e pede pra reiniciar o aparelho, mas a mensagem SEM CHIP fica aparecendo com a tela bloqueada e quando desbloqueia, aparece a mensagem SOMENTE EMERGÊNCIA.
    Eu acredito que agora seja um defeito físico da placa. Irei entregar o aparelho ao cliente.
