    com a bateria a medida aparece 3.7 pois nao se fas a leitura da bateria ligada no aparelho e no carregador pois a bateria recebe 4.35 e tranforma em 3.7 ou seja quando vc mede desta forma vc tem so a leitura de trabalho da bateria para o celular por ter menos resistência ate o cabo do multímetro  ou seja eletrônica básica ...mas voltando a seu problema verifique com outra bateria e poste resultados .
