    Ola amigo , uma desoxidaçao geralmente resolve , caso nao resolva troque o flex
    vou enviar aqui uma imagem de uma placa , e vou marcar alguns componentes 
    onde voce pode reforçar a limpeza e tambem fazer uma resolda , ou em ultimo 
    caso efetuar a troca dos componentes

    Bom vamos la  eu ainda   peço que você persista  na desoxidação do mesmo pois como ele   tava oxidado deve ter mais algum resíduo de oxidação  jogue  álcool e faça uma ressolda no mesmo
