    Para fazer o hard reset nesse modelo vc tem q desligar ele segurar o botao de volume pra cima mais o power juntos depois seleciona o recovery mode com o volume pra cima e aperta o volume menos para selecionar o depois aperta e segura novamente vol+ e o power junto ate entrar na tela padrao q conhecemos dai o resto e o procedimento normal... espero ter ajudado...
