    Sr. verifique em 1º lugar se o aparelho não esta na Blacklist ou a base band esta zerada

    entre em "Ajustes---Geral---Sobre-- e verifique se a versão modem não esta em branco,pois 99% deles sofrem quedas e danificam a parte de sinal zerando o mesmo
