    " Retorne clicando na seta pra esquerda e ache a IME Settings e marque a segunda opção, o aparelho ira reiniciar então siga os passos ate chegar novamente em LDB, desmarque ENABLE logo após vá de novo em IME Settings e marque novamente a primeira opçao e outra vez o aparelho ira reiniciar, Repita mais uma vez o processo e estara liberada a opção USB debugging "

    porem só consegui , após selecionar segunda opção em IME eu desliguei o celular e liguei de novo , ai deixou habilitar usb ...
