    boa tarde amigo tive esse problema aqui na minha loja com varios aparelhos desse e no meu caso todos se resolveram da msm forma apenas com a troca da bateria pois esse modelo tem uma bateria defeituosa que causa esse problema tenta colocar outra bateria similar e vai ver que ficara novinho seu telefone
