    Grande erro dos técnicos.... eu mesmo ja fiz isso!
    É retirar e plugar o lcd no aparelho com a bateria plugada.... uma vez q existe corrente circulando na pci o lcd nao pode ser retirado e plugado.... o risco de matar o c.i controlador de energia do lcd na pci é grande!
    Fica a dica! Evitem fadiga e despluguem a bat para mexer com o display, por pior q seja é bem mais confiavel!
    Outra questao que tbm pode ter matado a pci é o lcd muito xingling por isso deve-se observar bem os componentes do lcd  original e compara-los com os componentes do lcd xitatown! Na duvida compre outra peça.
