    Boa tarde! tenho um S5 , porem ao recetar me pediu a conta do google anterior, não sabendo ja tentei varias formas apresentadas no youtube ele não reconhece o side sinc e nem o pendrive, minha ultima tentativa foi pelo samsung tool pro, porem nao tive sucesso. Se algum de vc tiver conseguido por favor peço ajuda.
