    Acabei de resolver um hoje.. No meu caso dava a mesma mensagem só que apenas na câmera frontal.
    Troquei a câmera e o problema persistia, então coloquei um "calço" no conector da câmera pressionando-a contra a carcaça e o resultado foi Excelente.
    Obg.: Antes de colocar o calço pressiona o conector com o dedo e verifica se dar certo para não ficar abrindo e fechando o aparelho!
