    Olá amigo, estão ressoldagem de ci é complicado, as esferas na hora de ressoldar devem ter colado algumas umas nas outras gerando o curto. porque quando retira assim o estanho fica mau espalhado.
    Você vai precisar limpar a solda com a malha dessoldadora da placa e do ci
    depois vai ter que refazer a solda no ci utilizando um stencil correto para que o estanho fique espalhado corretamente.
    Deixe a solda da placa limpa sem estanho para não dar excesso, depois só ressoldar com bastante fluxo.
