    ola amigo pedro henrique...coloca o iphone em modo recovery e manda restaurar no itunes que resolve (MODO RECOVERY: desliga o iphone, espera tres segundos, aperta o botao home, espera tres segundos e conecta o cabo usb com o itunes ligado, o itunes vai detectar um iphone em modo de recuperaçao, ai é só mandar restaurar). Lembrando que a IOS 7 esta vindo com o recurso buscar iphone do icloud, intao se este recurso estiver ativado, depois da restauraçao vai pedir ID e SENHA do usuario, só pedir pro seu cliente colocar e o iphone esta restaurado e novinho. Boa sorte amigo...
