    Resolvi da seguinte maneira, para esse versão 210.12.40.falcon_umtsds.AmericaMovil.en.BR tem que baixar essa rom 5.0.2 segue o link xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx 2 e extrai essa rom, dentro da pasta tem um arquivo chamado instalador da rom, entre em modo fastboot no celular e execute o instalador, vai instalar essa rom direto para 5.0.2 lollipop , apos concluir o aparelho vai reiniciar e já vai estar na versão 5.0.2 fica a dica ai para quem esta com o mesmo problema do meu, agradeço a todos pela atenção. obrigado.
