    Boa tarde a todos, estou com um D325, o cliente informou que vivia aparecendo a mensagem "google play parou", o mesmo fez um reset, e quando o aparelho ligou ele ficou com a tela roxa e com uma mensagem, já tentei fazer o software pelo kdz, porem ele não fica em emergency mode. alguém jé solucionou um problema desses?
