    Vá em configurações, geral, acessibilidade, e ative o texto em negrito, quando ele reiniciar já irá reiniciar com sinal se estiver tudo ok! Depois é só desativar novamente o texto em negrito. Já resolvi muitos assim! AMIGO, EU FIZ ISSO E "VOLTOU" O SINAL....MAIS MESMO SEM O CHIP ACONTECE ISSO AGORA RS E ELE NAO FAZ A LIGAÇÃO...ELE TRAVA...O QUE PODE SER? JÁ NAO SEI MAIS O QUE FAZER...
