    Desligue o aparelho. agora ligue o mesmo segurando o botão Volume - junto com Power até aparecer Vibrar em poucos segundos o aparelho entra em modo recovery.
    Pra navegar utilize as teclas volume +, Volume - e Power, Selecione a opção Wipe Data/ Factory Reset e aperte o botão power e em seguida selecione, Yes - Delete all user data, aperte power novamente.
    Seu aparelho será restaurado e vai retornar a tela inicial, agora escolha wipe cache partition e depois Reboot System Now.
    Pronto seu aparelho será restaurado para o padrão de fábrica!
