    Bom dia a todos! Pessoal tenho um xt390 da motorola que ao ligar apresenta apenas a tela branca e piscado. Ja realizei os procedimentos que encontrei nesse forum, porem sem sucesso. Ao tentar transferir a roon para o aparelho, por meio do software ele apresenta na barra de status "fail" e nao conclui a instalacao. Alguem pode me ajudar?
