    Boa Tarde amigos Estou com um tablet da genesis, modelo GT7245. Ao ligar o aparelho,a tela fica toda branca. Não carrega nada, nem o logo do android. Procurei no forum mas não encontrei nada sobre esse defeito. Desde já agradeço pela excelentes informações e ajudas obtidas pelo forum.
