    Olá pessoal, como vão? Estou com um problema, com um Nokia Asha 500 RM-972, um amigo meu esqueceu a senha e não consigo realizar hard reset nele. Já baixei o programa ATF v11.16, porém, eu não sei usá-lo. Mas acredito, que se vocês fizerem um tutorial passo-a-passo, pois sou inciante, posso aprender, para que o celular possa voltar ao normal. Este é o meu primeiro post no site, então, espero que se tiver algo que falei errado por favor, me corrijam!
