Faça o desbloqueio de bootloader. Siga o passo a passo deste tutorial:
 
 
Conecte o celular em modo fastboot e faça a atualização para a ROM 4.4.4 americana: 
Use este tutorial: 
 
Depois da flash, aguarde o telefone iniciar. Telefone ficará sem sinal.
 
 
Baixe este arquivo https://drive.google.com/file/d/0ByIWvzH_URb5STVTUEtUWUUwbE0/view?usp=sharing
 
Ative a depuração USB e conecte o celular ao PC. Mova para o Armazenamento Interno o arquivo "update_nofsg.zip". Desligue o aparelho e coloque em modo fastboot novamente.
 
 
No CMD, digite mfastboot.exe flash recovery CWM_Touch_Titan_V2.img e pressione enter.
Reinicie o celular, digitando mfastboot.exe reboot
 
Deslige novamente o aparelho e ligue em modo fastboot. Dessa vez, com o botão de volume, vá até Recovery e e selecione com o Volume (+)
Vá até a opção Install Zip, pressione botão power para selecionar. Selecione Choose zip from /sdcard  e selecione o arquivo "update_nofsg.zip"
Selecione Yes e aguarde a instalação do pacote de atualização.
 
 
Após terminar, pressione qualquer botão para voltar ao menu Recovery. Vá até Go Back
E vá em Reboot
 
 
Após isso, seu celular vai reiniciar já com o Android 5.0 Lollipop já instalado e dando sinal perfeitamente.
 
 
[nota]Para corrigir o bug na hora das chamadas, vá no Discador, vá em Opções (3 pontinhos) > Configurações > Configurações de Chamada > Configurações de conta do telefone > Selecione o SIM para realizar chamadas.[/nota]
