    eu acredito que seja a peça, pois todo touch que tem um ci no flex do touch ele serve pra ativar as linhas(se for a placa certamente não iria funcionar nenhuma parte), agora por exemplo de tablet onde não tem o ci, se o touch nao funcionar alguma parte certamente é o touch ou conector do touch ou ainda algum ci responsavel pelo touch.
    mas tente uma atualização pra tira a possibilidade de ser software.
