    Deletei o launcher padrão do Android

    Bom pessoal , recentemente eu comprei um celular android o N1020 HSPS On Android só que hoje eu tentei apagar alguns apps do sistema do android com o ROOT APP EXCLUIR , Conseguir apagar só que apaguei o launcher padrão dele (no caso é um da replica do windows phone) na tentativa de que volta-se o launcher padrão do Android 4.1 , mal sucedida , e agora ele não liga mais fica só na tela de carregar o telefone, Alguém sabe alguma maneira ?
