    ola amigos do clan gsm estou com um tablet de um cliente modelo bak w8010 windows 10Prime que simplesmente nao esta iniciando o sistema, apenas aparece a logo na tela BAK e apos isso fica uma tela escura porem o display nao apaga e sim fica aceso pois da pra notar no canto da tela, a dias q procuro uma forma de atualizar ou resetar esse aparelho. desde ja agradeço por qualquer ajuda e si esse nao for o local certo a postar pfv me avise adm. att Andre Felipe
