    Boa noite! Já pesquisei por este fórum e não achei nenhum post que me ajudasse. Estou com dificuldades de fazer um hard reset ou colocar o meu celular no modo de Download. Ele não acha o wifi e também, depois que se retira o carregador, ele apaga tudo, tem muitos erros. Pesquisei e segundo alguns técnicos, tem que fazer uma atualização de software. Mas como fazer isso se é impossível eu chegar no modo de download pressionando: Volume Down + Home e em seguida, a tecla power? Alguém tem como me ajudar??
