    Olá, Boa Tarde Pessoal. Peço ajuda de vocês para um problema que eu estou tendo com meu tablet da PowerPack modelo NET-IP707, do nada ele passou a ficar só numa tela branca quando eu ligou ele, tentei um possével botão de reset, mas não deu certo.Pelo visto eu preciso de um reset por outro modo ou até de instalar o firmware, mas eu não sei como prodeceder. Agradeço desde já qualquer ajuda.
