    A única solução é a troca da placa obtive essa informação direto da Motorola o máximo que eles podem fazer é recolher seu aparelho em um agência dos correios porém tem que ter a nota fiscal com o cpf do dono eles efetuam a troca sem custo nem mesmo da recolha ou entrega. mais informações mande um E-mail xxxxxxx ou me add minha página no Face xxxxxxxxxxxxx proibido divulgar e-mail sem autorização prévia
