    Acabei de pegar um aparelho do mesmo com o mesmo defeito, a propria motorola nao conseguiu solucionar e entregou para a cliente o aparelho alegando mau uso, tentei com o PokerPlus_Flash_Tool_S1916.V1848.1) que nao abre , tentei com a UMT e com o  lenovo smart moto software e nenhum deu certo, por fim usei o Rescue and Smart Assistant e consegui solucionar o problema, baixou o software normalmente e instalou no aparelho, aparelho voltou a funcionar normalmente.
