    Bom dia Desculpem o assunto básico, mas eu começo hoje no mundo tablet. Comprei o tablet Samsung Galaxy Note N8020 que está desbloqueado mas com software da Claro. Mas gostaria de retirar o software Claro e colocar um software padrão de fábrica. Podem me indicar os procedimentos para isso ? Caso já tenha tópicos no fórum (eu não sei nem como pesquisar isso), é só me informar que eu leio eles. obrigado Paulo
