    Prezados, tenho um tv mobile 8900+ e estou com o problema de nao conseguir fazer ligaçoes dando a mensagem "marcacao nao permitida", a opcao de somente Wan esta habilitada e nao consigo mudar essa opcao para gsm, olhando tutorial aqui ja tentei entrar no modo engenheiro com varios codigos postados mais nenhum deles funcionou, ja tentei com varios chips inclusive com alguns chips 3g e nada deu certo, ja resetei as configuracoes do celular pela opcao de reset e nao funcionou tbm, Alguem pode me ajudar por favor
