    Boa tarde amigos, primeiramente peço desculpas se eu escrevi novo tópico sou novo aqui e nao sei se deveria ter criado um novo topico para fezer minha pergunta... Bom vamos lá estou com um Tablet da marca Genesis GT-7200 S/N 136419 que nao inicia só fica travado na tela do android dando tchau, vi q esse é um problema recorrente e de software tentei seguir as instruções do link da EVERTEK baixei o arquivo mas nao descompacta e tbm queria saber como devo recupera-lo só q eu uso o windows 8.... ja tentei resetar mas nao adiantou... Agradeço desde já ....
