    Após varias tentativas sem sucesso pelo talkback nem em outros metodos, consegui da seguinte forma : como tinha tentando pelo motorola frp tech, o aparelho ficou com o problema Commserver e tive que passar o instalador.bat do cqa motorola pelo fastboot. Apos isso o aparelho inicia normalmente dai é so colocar o aparelho na rede wifi e fazer os processos pelo talkback que o youtube irar aparecer!!!
