    ola pessoal eu tenhu o mesmo aparelho ao tentar fazer uma atualização e mesmo funcionou normal mais apos descarregar coloquei o aparelho no carregador e nada ele so liga aparece o logo da claro e nao inicia o sistema ele esta consumindocrga e td mais mas nao sobe o software alguem sabe me orientar como proceder.... agradeço...
