    Tive o mesmo problema com um Xperia Z1, troquei display, cabo flex e nada funcionou. Então achei em um fórum americano a solução, é só retirar um componente e fazer um jumper, voltou a imagem perfeita. Ocorreu isso devido a entrada de água nele.Vou mandar o diagrama que usei pode ser o mesmo pro Z3.
