    estou com uma tablet dl 3g mobile travado por senha,tentei vários procedimentos para restaurar as configurações,mas sem exito,a versão da placa é lt 237,processador a10,mas sem o numero de serie também não consegui baixar o software,se alguém puder me ajudar obigado

    Tablet Dr. Hank TP-973 O cliente perdeu a senha desse tablet logo pensei em fazer o factory reset,ele usa o processador arm cortex-a8 de 1gh,ele possui somente 3 teclas ( power,volume mais e menos) pois bem,segurando a tecla de volume + e o power ele entra na tela do recovery,mas eu não consigo selecionar a função do reset com nenhuma das 3 teclas, desde já agradeço a ajuda
