    amigo se for 1711 tem q desligar o tablet i  segurando volume(-) coloque o cabo usb mas antes de um pequeno clique para ter a certeza q ele esta desligado ....
    caso  esteja com dificuldade de desligar o tab remova o fio da bateria e coloque novamente 
    para mais informações de uma olhada no video a cima q postei no meu de certo com ele ...
