    Amigo, estou passando pelo mesmo problema. Tenho um iphone 5 e um iphone 4 com ios 4.1. O iphone 5 é reconhecido normalmente pelo itunes.. mas assim que eu conecto o iphone 4 (após eu redefinir todos os ajustes pelo aparelho, apagando o seu conteúdo) ele dá esse erro. E não temos para onde correr, não há nenhuma opção para ser clicada. Se algum pessoal do fórum poder nos ajudar eu também ficaria muito agradecido. abraços
