    Desinstala o itunes, entra no arquivos de programas, procura a pasta do itunes apaga ela e reinicia o pc, reinstala o itunes e boa sorte, qualquer coisa posta ai!

    Tenta outra bateria carregada, troca e tenta restaurar!! o meu problema é parecido porem, quando ligo o aparelho ele fica preso na tela da maça, nao e boot infinito, por que quando conecto no itunes ele aparece o idevice normal mas eu nao consigo acessar imagens q aparece em espelhamento. sera que danificou o LCD. abracos
