    Faça o desbloqueio do bootloader usando este tutorial:   Firmware:   Baixe os arquivos no anexados à este post. Extraia e mova o conteúdo da pasta para a mesma pasta em que está a firmware. Ficará mais ou menos assim     Conecte o celular em modo fastboot -- telefone desligado, pressione volume (-) e conecte o USB no celular e no PC. Aguarde a instalação dos drivers.   Pressione SHIT e botão direito do mouse na pasta da firmware, em algum espaço em branco e vá na opção "Abrir Janela de Comando Aqui".       Agora vá digitando as seguintes linhas de comando e após cada linha, pressione Enter e aguarde   mfastboot.exe flash partition gpt.bin mfastboot.exe flash motoboot motoboot.img mfastboot.exe flash logo logo.bin mfastboot.exe flash boot boot.img mfastboot.exe flash recovery recovery.img mfastboot.exe flash system system.img_sparsechunk.0 mfastboot.exe flash system system.img_sparsechunk.1 mfastboot.exe flash system system.img_sparsechunk.2 mfastboot.exe flash system system.img_sparsechunk.3 mfastboot.exe flash modem NON-HLOS.bin mfastboot.exe erase modemst1 mfastboot.exe erase modemst2 mfastboot.exe erase cache mfastboot.exe erase userdata mfastboot.exe reboot     Após isso, seu telefone iniciará com a nova ROM já instalada.
