    amigo paulo eu ja tentei varias...quando entro no sistema de recuperar o sistema, ele diz que a senha é de 1-8 numeros...o problema do aparelho é o seguinte: quando faz gravação de filmes e musicas eles não estão se armazenando nas pastas......e logo em seguida some tudo do celular...pensei que se reiniciar o sistema resolveria isso.....um abraço
