    seguinte, ja dei hard reset, reset couston, e nao resolveu, infelizmente nao tenho o software nem os firmware para atualizar o meu celular( se alguem tiver o firmware atualizado agradeço), e nem pra entrar no modo atualização,tecla power+tecla cima +camera nao ta dando certo(se eu tivesse o firmware dele), mas o problema dele pode ser de conhecimento de alguem, quando tiro uma foto, seja ela do tamanho que for, armazenada e visualizo ela, nao consigo dar zoom na foto. os icones de zoom+ e zoom- estao la mais estao apagados se alguem souber qual codigo consigo restaurar as configuraçoes originais do aparelho agradeço. ja usei o *2767*3855# que é o hard reset e o couston tb e nao resolveu. é chato quando tiro uma foto e nao posso ver se ficou boa pois nao tenho o zoom na visualização pra ver*2767rrrrrrrrteeeeeeeeeeeee
