    Boa tarde !! estava com um e615f que o mesmo não dava o reset nem a pau, nem com as sequencias de teclas que todos já sabem e nem indo em configurações e pedindo pra restaurar . pois bem depois de muita insistencia achei um jeito facil de resolver e 100% eficas... Boa sorte a todos
