    Já pesquisei a net toda e não achei nenhuma solução para esse problema , o cliente falou q depois de colocar para carregar em um carregador genérico de carro aconteceu de ele não carregar mais ,oq sempre acontece com esses carregadores de carro...Já fiz troca de conector ,bateria e carregador ,acho q a unica solução seja algum Jumper ou troca de algum copo nente da placa...achei ate Jumper para o s6310 e s6312 mais são diferentes...Vai foto ai de minha placa para alguém conseguir estudá-la e da placa do s6310 e s6312 já com Jumper..
