    Boa noite pessoal. Meu tablet começou a apresentar a seguinte mensagem: Desculpe! O aplicativo Launcher (processo com.android.launcher) parou inesperadamente. Tente novamente. Tenho somente como opção clicar em: Forçar fechamento. Segundo li, preciso atualizar a firmware. Já tentei algumas combinações teclas e nada. Segue abaixo a descrição: - Modelo do processador: Infotmic IMAPX210 (ARM11,1.2 GHz) - Modelo da placa principal: Nem o fabricante sabe - Tamanho e resolução de tela : LCD 7 polegadas, touch screen, 800 x 480px - Tela touch Screen: Nem o fabricante sabe - Fabricante e modelo: Powerpack NET-IP707.BK - Sistema operacional: Google Android 2.3 Consegui somente estas informações no manual e no fabricante. Desde já obrigado .
