    consegui tirar o bloqueio do sim pela nbox hwk , baixando as flash aqui no clangsm ,depois aplicando a flash no atc e logo em seguida fui em unlock e gerou os codigos para vc poder tirar o bloqueio do sim ..no meu caso deu 00000000 , ai vc coloca o chip logo em seguida vai pedir o codigo ai vc digita e quando entrar no menu normal do atc vc vai em configuracoes ,seguranca,depois vai ter a opcao bloqueio do sim ai vai ta marcado ainda, ai vc vai la aperta pra desmarcar vai pedir o codigo ai vc digita novamente o codigo. pronto o atc esta sem bloqueio algum abraço pessoal.
