    No meu n85 aconteceu a mesma coisa, como ja tive muitos sony ericson que tiveram o mesmo problema e resolvi com um hard reset, fiz a do mesmo jeito com o nokia.Tirei a bateria, coloquei o carregador nele e liguei na tomada, depois segurei "*" e talk(botão verde), dai coloque a bateria e mantenha segurado os 2 botões e ligue o celular. Vai aparecer o simbolo da nokia e depois vai desligar, mantenha apertado os botões ateh aparecer novamente, dai ele ligará.Se não funcionar na primerira na segunda funciona.
