    Obrigado pelo post. Sou técnico de informática já a muitos anos, mas confesso que não tenho intimidade com tablets... Baixei um programa sugerido aqui, mas não deu certo. Estou visitando o site oficial do fabricante, mas não estou achando que alí vou ter a resposta que preciso. Abraço.

    Amigos, boa noite... Meu filho tem um ZIPY fun university, colocou uma senha, daquelas de preencher um padrão na tela inicial, e depois fez o favor de esquecer a senha... Já tentamos de tudo quanto é jeito, mas nada funciona, será que alguém pode nos ajudar? Queria ver se consigo dar um hard reset nele. Agradeço a atenção e a ajuda. Abraços.
