    fala galera! ganhei um S7550B usado,ele está bloqueado pela senha pessoal,já tentei de tudo e não consegui descobrir a senha,até liguei na TIM solicitando ajuda, e nada, eles pedem p entrar em contato com a assistência SAMSUNG mas eles só atendem se eu tiver em mão uma carta da TIM com dois nº distintos e a nota fiscal, como não tenho nada,ninguém me atende e o celular fica aqui sem utilização. Tem alguma forma que eu possa apagar tudo e resetar o celular? obs.: qdo conecto o cell ao computador ele não consegue abrir as pastas do cell,mas reconhece q o cell está ali. alguém me ajuda ? obrigado
